EWER: Situation Review October 2015

In October, Belunai??i??s Early Warning, Early Response (EWER) system continued monitoring for violent incidents and changes to the securityAi??situationAi??across Timor-Leste.Ai??111 incidents were recorded in October, including a number of incidents that were related to water access, which are typical of the dry season. Incidents perpetrated by students and youth were also at all-time highs.
