EWER: Situation Review March 2015

In March, Belun’s Early Warning, Early Response (EWER) system continued monitoring for violent incidents and changes to the security situationAi??across Timor-Leste. Incident monitoring recorded 83 incidents, including at least one incident in Baucau District related to the joint PNTL – Falintil-FDTL operation (Operation HANITA) to capture Mauk Moruk and his supporters.
