EWER: April 2014 Situation Review
In April, Belun continued monitoring for violent incidents and changes in the security situation across all 13 districts of Timor-Leste. The April Situation Review presents the monitoring results of the implementation of Parliamentary Resolution Number 5/2014 and Council of Ministers Resolution 8/2014 regarding “illegal groups”. In addition, the Situation Review summarizes all other incident data from April, with a special focus on violent incidents that involved young people.
