Belun Policy Report: Successes and Challenges in the Implementation of Past Policy Recommendations

The objective of this report is to measure progress in the implementation of policy recommendations from Early Warning, Early Response (EWER) Policy Briefs that were published between April 2009 and October 2015. To that end, Belun’s research team conducted interviews and focus group discussions across Timor-Leste from June to August 2016 and held a national round-table discussion to review the findings of the report in October 2016.
